Recreational Synchronized Swimming is an introductory program allowing girls aged 5-15 to try-out the sport of synchronized swimming for an hour and a half a week. No previous experience is required for recreational swimming.

Throughout each recreational session the swimmers will work on a routine to display at the water shows as well as working on the ‘Synchro Canada’s Star System’. They will earn star pins for every level of completion. The recreational session is offered from Sept – April each year.
