Regional league

This program introduces swimmers ages 12 and up to competitive swimming. A good fit for swimmers looking to further their skills beyond the recreational level. 

N.B. - Travel expenses and equipment are not included in the team fees.

During the season, swimmers in the Regional League programs will focus on developing a routine for two competitions held in the Ottawa Region, along with two additional water shows in Sudbury.

12+ Age Group

Frequency: 2 times per week - 2 hours per session
Duration: September 2024 to the end of April 2025
Sessions: Mondays (6:30pm-8:30pm) AND Fridays (6:30pm-8:30pm)

Frequency: 2 times per week - 2 hours per session
Duration: September 2024 to the end of April 2025
Sessions: Monday (630-8:30pm) AND Fridays (6:30-8:30pm)
